Air I
The Air I Branch of the Environmental Permits Division (EPD) administers all air permitting actions related to chemical manufacturing, energy and transportation, agricultural and commercial facilities (including gas stations and laundries). These permitting actions include Air Construction (Prevention of Significant Deterioration, Other Construction) and Air Operating Permits (Title V, Synthetic Minor, and Significant Minor).
