Municipal and Domestic Facilities
The Municipal and Domestic Facilities Branch of the Environmental Permits Division (EPD) is responsible for the development and issuance of domestic wastewater permits for municipalities, public institutions, and private facilities such as subdivisions, mobile home parks, schools, etc. The branch also reviews and approves plans and specifications for construction of domestic wastewater sewer systems and treatment facilities.
