The Water II Branch of the Environmental Permits Division (EPD) oversees the development, support, issuance, and maintenance of environmental wastewater (NPDES, Pretreatment, State Operating) permits related to metal and metal fabricators, timber and wood product manufacturing, construction and building material facilities, and commercial facilities (including, but not limited to hotels, nursing homes, child care facilities).
This branch also develops and issues the following general permits:
- Wet Deck GP
- Pesticides GP
- Ready Mix GP
